Visuals: FILL 'EM UP
The use of visuals during your presentation is a very important part to
keeping your audience involved and awake, as you will learn about in your public
speaking training. When I say the word visual I am referring to any picture,
photo or image used during your presentation. The best way to project a photo or
image during your presentation is by filling up the entire slide or overhead as

Let me clarify that I am referring to images only, this does NOT apply when
This tip is only useful when applied to visual images. Let's say you take a
picture of a funny sign on a pole and the sign is only about 18 inches tall. If
you zoom in on the sign so that it fills the frame, it will have a much greater
impact on the audience than a picture you took farther away.
The impact of your visuals during your presentation is an important point
taught in my public speaking training. It can really help to keep the audience
awake and interested.
